Don’t Forget About Vitamin D

Sometimes you take a supplement and expect it to change your world immediately.  There are some things that you can notice soon after beginning them.

You have heard so much about vitamin D these past few years and probably wonder what all its doing for your health.  A new study looked at the long term implications of low versus high vitamin D levels.

Over nine thousand adults aged 50 to 75 had their vitamin D levels assessed and were followed up for an average of nine and half years.  They found that over that time period those with vitamin D deficiency had higher rates of all-cause mortality.
