As more research comes in, we are becoming more aware how much diet affects our health.  Eating and drinking more of the foods that improve our health can make a big difference over the long term.

A new study looking at green tea and coffee consumption might get you excited about your next cup.  They studied over 80,000 Japanese men between 45 and 74 years old for about 13 years.

They found that for both green tea and coffee, higher consumption was inversely related to risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease.
