You Can’t Spell Heart Without E

There are many factors that effect our heart health.  One that you may not be as aware of is vitamin E.

A new study looked at over a 1,000 patients over about 2 years.  Serum levels of vitamin E were measured.  Over the two year follow-up period, those with the lowest levels of vitamin E had the highest risk of having a heart attack or stroke.
