Over the last thirty years, Mark
Herrin has operated five Sundrops nutrition stores selling natural and professional nutritional supplements. Within
the store, Mark has owned and operated Texas Nutrition Associates which provides dietetic and nutritional services to the
public and also to clients referred by physicians. He has always made it a point to stay knowledgeable about the latest
nutritional research in order to pass the benefits on to his clients. Mark has extensive experience in individual nutrition
consults for anti-aging and optimal health maintenance, diabetic and cardiology support, as well as support for metabolic
syndrome. He has developed nutritional analysis software to better assess the nutritional and dietary needs of those
he consults with. With all of his clients, Mark wishes to show them how to eat an optimally healthy diet. The
Sundrops diet incorporates the latest research about which foods and what kind of balance of foods is likeliest to promote
an appropriate body weight to reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome and other illnesses associated with aging.
